About Kent's Plumbing in Saint Paul

We answer the phone at any hour and start with questions: what you see, what you hear, when it started. Often we can tell you what to shut off and whether it is a tonight problem or a tomorrow problem before we hang up.

On site, we find the cause before we talk about fixing it. You hear what we found in plain words, you get the price for the work, and nothing starts until you say yes. When a job needs a city plumbing permit, we pull it and schedule the inspection.

Saint Paul has one of the oldest housing stocks in the Twin Cities. Steam and hot-water boilers, galvanized supply pipe, cast iron stacks, clay sewer laterals and lead service lines are everyday parts of the job here.

We repair what can be repaired and replace what has reached the end, and we tell you which is which. A hundred-year-old house does not need to be gutted to get reliable plumbing, but some parts really do need to go.

Our Saint Paul office is at 289 E 7th Street, Saint Paul, MN 55101, in Lowertown. From there we cover every Saint Paul neighborhood and the east metro suburbs, from Shoreview and White Bear Lake to Woodbury, Cottage Grove, Eagan and Stillwater.

The company's headquarters is at 50666 229th Ave, Bemidji, MN 56601. Both addresses share one phone number, (651) 215-2087, answered 24 hours a day.

Our guides are edited by Phoebe Gustafson, Plumbing Answers Editor. Each article is written to help a homeowner make a safe first move, understand the likely cause and know what a fix involves before calling.

If a guide does not answer your question, call us. We would rather explain something on the phone than have you guess.
